शिवहर जिले के पिपराही थाना क्षेत्र के मीनापुर बाघा गांव में शादी के महज दस दिन बाद एक युवक पर उसकी पत्नी ने खौलता तेल फेंक दिया। गंभीर रूप से झुलसे युवक को श्री कृष्ण मेडिकल कॉलेज अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया गया है।

<p>घायल युवक मोहम्मद मुन्ना के परिजनों ने बताया कि शादी सिर्फ तीन फरवरी 2026 को बड़ी धूमधाम से हुई थी। शादी के बाद से ही पूरे घर में बहु के कारण तनाव का माहौल बना हुआ था। पत्नी मुन्ना को अपने कमरे में सोने नहीं देती थी और उसे दूसरे कमरे में जाने को कहती थी। यहां तक कि चौठारी की रस्म के बाद भी बहु ने उसे कमरे में नहीं घुसने दिया। मोहम्मद मुन्ना के पिता मोहमद ददीज ने बताया कि जब उनके बेटे ने इस बारे में शिकायत की तो उन्होंने लड़की के परिवार को बुलाकर आपसी समझौते की कोशिश की, लेकिन बहु के मन में कुछ और ही चल रहा था।

घटना के दिन मुन्ना दिन में कंबल ओढ़कर सो रहा था। इसी दौरान उसकी पत्नी रसोई में गई और करीब पांच लीटर सरसों का तेल खौलाया, फिर सोए हुए पति पर डाल दिया। तेल पड़ते ही मुन्ना दर्द से छटपटाने लगा। शोर सुनकर परिजन मौके पर पहुंचे और घायल को संभाला।

आरोपी महिला को मौके पर ही पकड़ लिया गया और तुरंत पुलिस के हवाले कर दिया गया। घायल मुन्ना को बर्न वार्ड में भर्ती कराया गया है। डॉक्टरों ने बताया कि मुन्ना काफी गंभीर रूप से झुलस चुका है और इलाज अभी जारी है।
