मामले में विभागीय जांच में यह पाया गया था कि एनओसी पर अधिकारी के फर्जी हस्ताक्षर किए गए जबकि जिस क्षेत्र की एनओसी जारी हुई है वह क्षेत्र ही टीसीपी विभाग के अंर्तगत नहीं आता है।
