आतंकी नेटवर्क का सुराग मिलने के बाद राष्ट्रीय जांच एजेंसी (NIA) की एक टीम एक्शन मोड पर आ गई है। झारखंड के हजारीबाग में बड़ी कार्रवाई की है। यह कार्रवाई एक शख्स के आईएसआईएस (ISIS) नेटवर्क से जुड़े होने के संदेह के आधार पर की गई है। अधिकारियों ने यह जानकारी शुक्रवार को दी।

एनआईए ने अंसार नगर क्षेत्र में स्थित शहनवाज आलम के घर पर छापा मारा और तलाशी के दौरान एक लैपटॉप, प्रिंटर और कई अन्य इलेक्ट्रॉनिक उपकरण जब्त किए, जिनके आतंकी नेटवर्क में इस्तेमाल होने की आशंका जताई जा रही है। एनआईए अधिकारियों ने बरामद लैपटॉप और दस्तावेजों की सामग्री के बारे में कोई जानकारी साझा नहीं की है। जिले की पुलिस ने भी पुष्टि की कि यह कार्रवाई एनआईए की टीम द्वारा की गई है।

शहनवाज मूल रूप से हजारीबाग का रहने वाला है। जांचकर्ताओं को संदेह है कि उसका नेटवर्क झारखंड में भी सक्रिय हो सकता है। सूत्रों के अनुसार, शहनवाज 2019 में लूट और चोरी के आरोप में जेल गया था। दिसंबर 2020 में जमानत मिलने के बाद वह कथित तौर पर आईएसआईएस हैंडलरों के संपर्क में आ गया और बाद में पुणे आईएसआईएस मॉड्यूल केस में अहम भूमिका निभाने लगा। अधिकारियों को शक है कि उससे जुड़े कुछ लोग अभी भी झारखंड में सक्रिय हो सकते हैं।
