कोर्ट ने प्रवर्तन निदेशालय (ईडी) को अपनी जांच जारी रखने की अनुमति दे दी है। हालांकि, कोर्ट ने कहा कि वर्तमान चरण में मामले का संज्ञान नहीं लिया जा सकता। इसका मुख्य कारण यह है कि ईडी का मामला सुब्रमण्यम स्वामी द्वारा दायर एक निजी शिकायत पर आधारित है।
