मेरठ के जानी थाना क्षेत्र में अवैध खनन की शिकायत करने वाले युवक ने पुलिस पर थर्ड डिग्री देने का आरोप लगाया है। पीड़ित का कहना है कि पुलिस ने पानी भरी बाल्टी में उसका मुंह डुबोकर यातना दी और बाद में शांतिभंग में चालान कर दिया।
