हिमाचल प्रदेश में माइनस 25 डिग्री सेल्सियस की कड़ाके की ठंड के बीच भी शिंकुला टनल का निर्माण कार्य लगातार जारी है। अत्यधिक ठंड और ऑक्सीजन की कमी के कारण कामगारों को सिरदर्द और चक्कर आने की समस्या भी सामने आ रही है, लेकिन बावजूद इसके निर्माण कार्य जारी है।
