धार जिले में प्रतिबंधित चाइनीज मांझे का प्रकोप एक बार फिर बढ़ने लगा है। शुक्रवार सुबह स्कूल जा रहे एक मासूम के गले में अचानक मांझा फंस गया, जिससे उसके गले पर लंबा और गहरा कट लग गया। गनीमत रही कि उसके साथ चल रहे दोस्त ने तुरंत धागा दूर कर दिया, जिससे बड़ा हादसा टल गया।

भक्तांबर निवासी अभय पिता उमेश कौशल शुक्रवार सुबह अपने दोस्तों के साथ साइकिल से स्कूल जा रहा था। देवीजी के मोड़ पर अचानक उसके गले में पतला परंतु तीखा चाइनीज मांझा फंस गया। दोस्त ने तुरंत इसे खींचकर अलग कर दिया, लेकिन तब तक अभय के गले में लंबा कट लग चुका था। परिजन उसे इलाज के लिए अस्पताल ले गए। घायल परिजनों के अनुसार, भक्तांबर क्षेत्र में शाम होते ही कई बच्चे चाइना डोर से पतंग उड़ाते हैं, जिससे हादसे का खतरा बढ़ जाता है।

चाइना डोर पर प्रतिबंध लगाने की मांग को लेकर जनसुनवाई में आवेदन प्रस्तुत किया गया था। इस पर कलेक्टर ने प्रतिबंधात्मक आदेश जारी करते हुए विशेष जांच दल भी बनाया है। इसके बावजूद कई क्षेत्रों में धड़ल्ले से चाइनीज मांझे का उपयोग जारी है और शाम होते ही बच्चे बिना रोक-टोक पतंग उड़ाते दिखाई देते हैं।

इंदौर हाई कोर्ट ने 14 जिलों में चाइनीज मांझे की बिक्री और उपयोग पर पूर्ण रूप से प्रतिबंध लगाया है। इंदौर, देवास, नीमच, रतलाम, मंदसौर, आगर-मालवा, शाजापुर, राजगढ़, धार, झाबुआ, अलीराजपुर, खरगोन और बड़वानी न्यायालय ने भी इन जिलों में आदेश का कड़ाई से पालन करने के निर्देश दिए हैं। अदालत ने इन जिलों में आदेश का कड़ाई से पालन कराने के निर्देश दिए हैं।
